Lauterbach Group Receives Green Master Certification

SUSSEX, WIThe Lauterbach Group, located in Sussex, has been awarded the certification of “Green Master” by the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council for its relentless commitment to sustainability. This obsession goes beyond the Lauterbach’s four walls, paying dividends to clients by reducing the environmental footprint of their supply chains.

The Green Master program uses a nine point scoring system and assigns an overall score. According to the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council, Lauterbach Group received a score of 702 and set a new printing sector maximum far surpassing the sector average of 425.

Presented at the eighth annual Wisconsin Business Council Conference at University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, the Green Master certification recognizes Wisconsin companies who strive to create a sustainable business.

“Lauterbach Group has improved their score by almost 30 percent since last year and set a new sector high score,” Green Masters Program Director McKenzie Hicks noted. “That’s a huge accomplishment!”

Lauterbach Group’s Green Master certification and score illustrates more than just a commitment to sustainability it validates their claims of pulverizing all vulnerable touchpoints, including those within the company. Continuously squeezing waste and inefficiency out of the operation results in a more sustainable company.
