Dennis Moore Promoted to Production Solutions Supervisor at Domino

Domino Dennis MooreGURNEE, IL—Fiscal year 2017/2018 was another record year for Domino Digital Printing North America, and as a result the company is enhancing the Service & Support team to underpin that explosive growth. A Production Solutions team has been created, along with the announcement of a new promotion. Dennis Moore has been promoted to production solutions supervisor.

Dennis joined Domino in February 2015 as applications engineer, in which he focused on Esko DFE and Color Management integration, user training, pre-sales and post-sales support for Domino N610i digital UV inkjet label press customers. Dennis mastered technical procedures and created documentation and training materials for DFE software components, as well as coordinated with installation planners, project managers and account managers to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

During this time, the emphasis of “applications” has developed and evolved from installing and setting up the digital label press to a wider, value-added role of helping customers achieve their ROI and business goals, and Dennis has played a key part in that transformation.

As production solutions supervisor, Dennis will take the lead as Domino supports its customers’ ramp up even faster and increases utilization of their digital presses through maximizing efficiency in workflow and optimizing quality. Production Solutions Specialists Frank Cervantes and Tim Kirschner will both report to Dennis.

“I appreciate the distinction of being named the production solutions supervisor for Domino and look forward to meeting and working with our customers,” Dennis said. “Our Production Solutions Group will add value for our customers by educating them on how to obtain higher levels of productivity and print quality while maintaining peak efficiencies in their workflow.”

Dennis is a G7 Expert and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, and recently qualified as a Color Management Professional Master. He has more than 23 years’ experience in color management and printing technologies with previous employment prior to Domino at GMG Color, xpedx and Watt Printers.
