HOW TO REGISTER:
REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
Full Forum Registration (Regular, Printer/Converter2 or CPC2, Educator3, Student4, Retiree5) includes:
- Entrance into all Technical Sessions
- Entrance to INFO*FLEX on Monday and Tuesday
- One Banquet and one Golden Jubilee Ticket
- Lunch on Monday

2Any FTA member who holds a Consumer Product Company or Printer class FTA membership.
3Any educator FTA member from a qualified graphic arts institution receives one complimentary Full Forum Registration. Each additional educator affiliated with the same institution receives a 50% discount on a Full Forum Registration.
4Any full-time student FTA member attending a qualified graphic arts institution.
5Any past member who is fully retired from active employment and holds a class RI or RB FTA membership.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Payment must be made in U.S. funds.
- Make check payable to Foundation of FTA.
- Only individuals 16 yrs. of age or older who are registered and badged may attend technical sessions & INFO*FLEX.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All cancellations must be submitted to FFTA in writing.
- Cancellations for Full Forum registrations prior to March 14, 2008 will incur a $100.00 processing fee.
- Cancellations for ALL registrations & golf received after March 14, 2008 will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- Substitutions welcome provided they are submitted in writing.
- Because the Golf Tournament is a charitable event, no refunds will be given should the event be rained out.
