REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Payment must be made in U.S. funds.
- Make check payable to Foundation of FTA. Please add a $30 processing fee to checks drawn on a non-US bank.
- Only individuals 16 yrs. of age or older who are registered and badged may attend technical sessions & INFO*FLEX.
CANCELLATION POLICY: - All cancellations must be submitted to FFTA in writing.
- Cancellations received prior to Feb. 27, 2009 will incur a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Feb. 27, 2009.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome provided they are submitted in writing.
- Because the Golf Tournament is a charitable event, no refunds will be given should the event be rained out.
