FIRST's strategic goal: Provide flexo-exclusive benchmarks, specifications & tolerances. When adhered to, flexographers will meet customer expectations by producing high-quality, consistent, predictable results pressrun after pressrun.

| SKILLS CERTIFICATION |
GENERAL INFORMATION
The FTA has created and implemented a multi-level procedure by which operational personnel receive recognition via an examination of defined skills for escalating levels of knowledge. The system includes material which defines specific skills and the reference material to mastering those competencies and leads to the certification test.
