Flexographic Technical Association's 2006 Cruisin' & Groovin' Recruiter Rewards Program offers members an opportunity to introduce friends & colleagues to the many FTA member benefits and opportunities, as well as earn exciting prizes such as an iPod® nano and free gas!
The Gist:
Recruit a Member...
Each time you recruit a new member into FTA you will automatically receive a $25 prepaid gas card. Plan to recruit many members and this might just pay for transportation for your family vacation! PLUS, each time you recruit a new member, you'll be entered into a seasonal raffle to win a free iPod® nano! Download FTA's Membership Application.
Refer a Member...
Submit five (5) names of people that you think would benefit from joining FTA and you'll be entered into the seasonal raffle to win an iPod®' nano. The more times you complete a Member Referral Form, the more chances you have to win! Keep in mind that FTA will be contacting the referrals you supply and will use your name as the referring member. Submit your referrals today! iPod® Drawings:
The drawings will be held April 30, 2006 at FFTA's Annual Forum in Louisville, Kentucky and on August 15 and November 30, 2006 at the FTA office in Ronkonkoma, New York.
Rules and Regs:
New members must fall into the following membership categories:
- Large Primary Location (1A)
- Small Primary Location (1B)
- Consumer Product Company (1E)
- Participating Branch Location (2)
- Overseas Member Location (4)
- Extended Member Location (5)
Referrals:
- Members must submit five (5) valid member referrals.
- Referrals must not hold an active FTA membership. Not sure if your referrals are already members? Log-on to FTA's Members Only website and view the searchable FTA Member Directory.
- All contact information must be supplied in full (name, company, address, email, phone, & fax).
- Members must agree/understand that FTA will be contacting the referrals using their names as the referring contact.
If the referral(s) is not valid under the above criteria, FTA will contact the member who supplied the information and ask that he/she provides us with substitutes as necessary. Where to Find Potential Members:
- Look within your own company. Do you know another location of your company that isn't a member? There's your first candidate!
- Search among colleagues who are fellow members of other professional associations.
- Prospect from people you meet at continuing educational seminars, meetings and other industry events.
Tips for Recruiting and Referring New Members:
- Talk about how FTA has enhanced your own technical knowledge and helped you advance your company and career.
- Point out the benefits of interacting and building a network with FTA members.
- Let them borrow several issues of FLEXO® Magazine.
- Talk about the value of FFTA's Annual Forum and INFO*FLEX Exhibitions.
- Give them a tour of FTA's website and FTA's Members Only website.
- Tell them about the convenience of the products and services that FTA offers online.
- Forward them a copy of FTA's monthly eNewsletters Inside the FTA and EHS Direct.
- Show them what other members say about FTA.
- Share the value of FTA membership!
