Heraeus Noblelight has on 1.31.2013 successfully completed the acquisition of Fusion UV Systems, Inc. headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland (USA).

Fusion UV Systems a leading provider of UV light sources will be created under the umbrella of the Heraeus technology group.
